This Refund Policy applies to Campaign.sh and explains when payments are refundable and when they are not.

By purchasing a paid plan or service from Campaign.sh, you agree to this policy.

Free Plan

If you are using a free plan, no payment is collected and no refund applies.

Subscriptions

Campaign.sh may offer monthly or annual subscriptions for features such as branded short links, custom domains, QR tools, analytics, API access, or team features.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

When We May Issue a Refund

We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Clear billing errors
  • Accidental multiple purchases
  • Technical failure on our side that prevents use of the paid service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Misconfiguration of domains, links, redirects, or campaign settings by the user
  • Suspension or restriction caused by a violation of our Terms
  • Services already delivered or consumed

Trial Periods and Promotions

If we offer a free trial, discounted period, or promotional access:

  • The offer will be governed by the terms shown at signup
  • Charges after a trial or discount period are generally non-refundable unless required by law

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • account review
  • service suspension
  • restriction of future purchases

How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • your account email
  • date of charge
  • payment amount
  • reason for the request
  • any relevant screenshots or invoice details

Submit requests within 14 days of the charge unless local law requires a longer period.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • we will process it within a reasonable time
  • your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

Regional Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
